How to Schedule an Appointment?
NEW PATIENTS

2. For pets and animals please also fill out the information forms on our homepage.
3. Show up in comfortable clothes and with any imaging/reports you may have.
EXISTING PATIENTS

Please Note: If you don’t receive an appointment email confirmation, that means the appointment wasn’t scheduled. Make sure you receive an email confirmation.
You cannot reach our office by phone. All communication is through [email protected].
Payment Policy
- People Initial Exam:
- Includes: Full history, orthopedic exams based off complaint(s), hands-on exam, soft tissue/manual therapy based off complaint(s), full spine adjustment (30-45 minutes)
- People Subsequent adjustments:
- Includes: Hands-on exam, soft tissue/manual therapy based off complaint(s), full spine adjustment (20 minutes)
- At P.O.P. Chiropractic, we do not submit to insurance. If you would like to submit to insurance, please let Dr. Gibson know at your appointment. Full payment is required after each treatment session. No exceptions.
- Depending on which services you receive, you can expect to be reimbursed from your insurance company between $30.00-$60.00.
- Payment options include: Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, debit card, credit card, FSA, HSA, cash, and check. All payments are due at the time of service.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
- We are a small business and appointment times are very important! In an effort to stay on time and deliver the best care possible, please arrive at your appointment time promptly.
- Appointment cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations 48 hours or less will incur an invoice that will need to be paid in 24 hours for 50% of the visit cost.
- No show appointments will incur an invoice that will need to be paid in 24 hours for 100% of the visit cost.
- The first no show/late cancellation will incur no charge. However, after that, the fee will be implemented. Thank you for understanding and respecting your time and ours.
New Patient Policy
- New patients must complete their paperwork online within 24 hours of scheduling their appointment. Our office allots 45 minutes per new patient appointment in an effort to spend as much time as possible learning about your condition and goals. In order to reserve this time, we will need your completed paperwork. If you do not complete your paperwork within 24 hours of scheduling, your appointment will be cancelled and released to other patients.
- If you cannot log in to do your paperwork, please contact us immediately by email.
- Children under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- We cannot accept printed copies, patients cannot fill out paperwork in the office.
- Paperwork must be completed on a tablet or desktop, cell phones will not save the information.
